Open House Weekend Update
The weekend is finally here! Whether you’re venturing out in a group, with your family or solo, there is plenty to see and do over this weekend. Make sure you are prepared for all types of weather, wear comfortable shoes and don’t forget to pick up a printed program for $8 to show your support for Open House Melbourne. The easiest way to get around this weekend will be to hop on a tram or jump on a Melbourne Bike Share Bike. Leave the car at home!
Don’t forget to look out for Jake the TRAMTRACKER® Dog, and the Dulux Dogs. Also keep your eye on social media as well as Open House activities on the streets to win some great prizes
90 Buildings are open to everyone this week - thats all of them except these 10 (which took a ballot and are now full)
This is a FREE Event - you can simply turn up to the buildings (check their opening hours first) some buildings will have a queue, others you can walk straight into.
For live updates on building queus - where they are AND where they aren't, make sure to keep your eye on our twitter feed! (Note: You don't need to have a twitter account to acess this, you can just view it at https://twitter.com/MelbOpenHouse).

Visit our Information Hubs at the City of Melbourne Town Hall on Swanston Street, the Dulux Colour Cube at Federation Square, or drop by the University of Melbourne Old Quad.

How to create an Itinerary
To add items to your itinerary, go to the individual building page you'd like to visit, then scroll down and to the right there will be an icon "Add to My Itinerary" - clicking this will add to your list, and the icon will change to "Added to My Itinerary". Do this for each of your buildings.
Then, click on the "2012 Bulding List" at the top of the page which will take you to the map, and click on the "My Itinerary" button - this will take you to your shortlist. Here you can Map your itinerary, or save it for later by creating an account - which allows you to view it on your mobile!
