Urbis welcomes you to our new state-of-the-art Olderfleet building at 477 Collins Street. A Mirvac development designed by Grimshaw and a national workplace strategy review led by WMK Architecture – the building offers a new and vibrant working environment in Melbourne’s up and coming midtown district.
Watch Matthew Cleary, Victorian Regional Director, guide us through Urbis’ new home, which showcases our commitment to agile and collaborative ways of working. Our workplaces of the future will facilitate greater levels of innovation and flexibility for our people and clients – embodying our #cityshaper team’s values of being collaborative, authentic, spirited and decisive.
Olderfleet will set a new standard for heritage-led urban renewal, retaining both the façades and the full extent of the remaining heritage buildings.
Olderfleet interiors are a balance between artistic expression and functionality. “Hospitality thinking” has informed design decisions, from “arrival experiences” and “generous proportions” to “bespoke finishes” and “tactile craftsmanship” the lobby, entrances, business lounge, lifts and other common areas share a design language of supreme quality.
Olderfleet has also been designed to optimise human health and performance and is the first building in Australia to be awarded a platinum pre-certification Well Rating for its base.
Empowering our team and harnessing the diversity of their expertise is essential in providing independent, industry-leading advice – ultimately, shaping cities and communities for a better future.
Urbis is located at Olderfleet, Level 10, 477 Collins Street, Melbourne
